Ladies all over blogland are hungry for fall. I'm hungry too! If you're looking for a quick taste of fall without a lot of fuss and you're a pumpkin lover you're gonna love this! This is a recipe I clipped out of an issue of Martha Stewart Living a few years back.
Pumpkin Shake:
Mix 1/2 cup pumpkin puree with 1 cup vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup milk, and a pinch of cinnamon.
This shake is super easy to make, you can add more of any ingredient to suit your taste. I also think you could add 1 cup ice and a bit of cooled espresso or strong coffee and mix in blender for a yummy espresso pumpkin drink (they've had a version like this at Starbucks the past few years and I love it!) Hope this helps you get your pumpkin fix!

My daughter loves pumpkin bread and I always have extra pumpkin. Next time I am baking I am going to use the extra for a shake! YUM
