Happy Halloween! Here is a tasty treat you might like to try this weekend! My mom came up with these. We use sourdough bread or a thin baguette. Spread a good amount (about 2 Tbsp.) mayonnaise on thinly sliced bread, sprinkle finely sliced green onions on top, pressing lightly into mayo. Then top with grated parmesan cheese (Kraft works great!) Place under broiler for a few minutes until lightly browned and bubbly! These are quick and easy to put together and I think they taste great! If you are a garlic fan you might slice a clove of garlic in half and rub it over the bread before adding the mayo. This gives a nice hint of garlic. These are great with a glass of white wine before your meal! Enjoy!
