We hit Chinatown briefly, late one rainy nite after dinner. We hoped to make it back, but never did...next trip!

It's been ages since I've been to Chinatown-- It's fun, and the food is great if you know where to go. I need to get over to The City... it's been too long! (And it's so close!)

No wonder you had a good time, the place looks awesome! We have a Chinatown here in Boston, too, and I was there a few times many, many years ago. I remember that we bought some "pastries" that turned out to be thick noodles with a vegetable filling....not quite what we were expecting! It certainly was a fun place.

Oh my goodness that looks like a spectacularly good time! Your snapshots of the shops, streets and lanterns are charming! You really have an eye for the perfect shot! The Chinese hat picture sign is too funny! If I close my eyes I feel like I just made the trip myself! I hope you had a wonderful day! Lots of love to you, Auntie

I didn't know you'd come back from your break! I'm behind on the times. :)
Beautiful photos! Looks like a wonderful fun place to go visit! Is it always like that are just a special times when you get to see the parade and such? I bet you guys were so excited to get to see it!
