Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best! Case in point: my mom's recipe for "loco" chili dip. This is so easy it is positively crazy (hence the loco in the recipe's name). Heat one can of chili in saucepan. Add one 8 oz. block of cream cheese cut into cubes to chili until melted. Serve warm with Frito's. Perfect for an afternoon of watching the game on the telly.
